From start to finish I was treated with kindness and respect. Bre and Emily were very helpful and friendly!

The people were wonderful, the facility a little difficult to maneuver the first time. Parking, long not well marked hallways etc.

I emailed Dr. Li Zhou on Tuesday, December 16 with a health concern. She responded the same day and followed up with me multiple times throughout the week to check on me. The office staff originally scheduled an appointment for me in January, but were able to get me in to see the NP on Friday, December 19. Prior to my appointment, I shared an EKG performed at another location, along with additional medical tests. The triage nurse called to confirm receipt and let me know someone had reviewed my EKG to ease my worries. I can't say enough about how compassionate and professional everyone was during my visit, especially the medical assistant, Danielle and NP, Emily. Both were incredible. Five stars!

This is the best practice for car, efficiency and friendliness. I feel Emily is caring and concerned. Always takes plenty of time with you. Her assistant and receptionist are incredibly friendly and make you feel at ease.

One of the Best

Emily was extremely courteous and informative. She answered all my questions plus scheduled some tests for me which I think are important and I've never had before. Because of my age in my medical conditions, I'm glad she's did this.

Listens well, explained action/options to take, very friendly. I would highly recommend her and this office.

Emily is always very thorough. She answers all of my questions and speaks to me like I am an educated person who can understand what she is talking about. She never makes me feel like I am asking questions that are not worth her time to explain. She never seems rushed.. I switched my care to the women's practice because of Emily.
