Catrina is always thorough and attentive. She is one of the few providers that I actually feel heard by and takes the time to listen/answer my questions. Her medical assistant Travis is one of the best I have encountered as both an employee of Nortons and patient. He is very detailed, knowledgeable, compassionate, and communicates exceptionally well.

Catrina is very thorough in explanations of my care plan. She listens and provides guidance in my care.

The provider was fantastic! When she came into the room she apologized for keeping us waiting longer than she thought we should have and explained that her child had been injured and she was dealing with that. We did not feel we had waited long at all. Dr. Hancock was very easy to talk to, took our concerns seriously and met us where we were. She answered thoughtfully and made sure we understood. We've seen providers in other practices that made us feel dismissed and not taken seriously. Definitely not the case here! Looking forward to working with her!

One of the best experiences I have had with a provider.

We were told she was delayed at the hospital and we understand why she was a little late to my appointment

Ms Katrina is a very capable provider who demonstrates this in her assessment of me. Her warm smile keeps me at ease, her touch when necessary is professional. She was genuinely concerned about the swelling that I have been experiencing. She explained what would happen if I didn't continue taking the meds that my kidney doctor has prescribed. She also explained worse case scenario between my kidneys failing and my heart function. She was very thorough and I appreciated her straight forward approach to my questions/concerns
