Azmina Mohammed, MD

Azmina Mohammed, M.D., is an emergency medicine physician with the Norton Healthcare Emergency Medicine Department. Dr. Mohammed her medical degree from Northeast Ohio Medical University in Rootstown. She completed her emergency medicine residency at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan.

Dr. Mohammed provides emergency care for patients of all ages, focusing on rapid assessment and treatment during critical and often unexpected health events. She is committed to delivering thorough, compassionate care by listening carefully to her patients and creating treatment plans that address their full range of needs.

Dr. Mohammed is especially passionate about promoting accessible and equitable health care and works to reduce disparities within the health care system. She strives to foster an inclusive, respectful environment where individuals from all backgrounds feel safe and supported.

Outside of work, Dr. Mohammed enjoys cooking, reading, traveling and making coffee.
