Arilennis Medel Leyva, APRN, is a family nurse practitioner with Norton Community Medical Associates – Fairdale. She earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Sacred Heart and her master’s degree in nursing from South University in Savannah, Georgia.
Her extensive medical background includes a medical degree from Efrain Benitez Popa School of Medicine in Cuba and experience practicing medicine in Cuba and Venezuela. She pursued a career in nursing after relocating to United States.
Arilennis is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, and combines her diverse experience as a physician and nurse to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care. Her philosophy emphasizes empathy, compassion and respect, focusing on individualized patient needs and holistic care.
