It was pretty routine. So I didn't have any new issues. But Dr Ciliberti always listens and a stickler for protocol, you don't have to worry about something falling through the cracks with him, he's on it.

He is very willing to listen to my questions & concerns, and explains answers in a way I can understand. I feel comfortable enough with him that if I do not understand the answer he gave me, I am able to ask him to explain it again or in a different way and he is willing to do that. I think Dr. Ciliberti can come off a little "dry" BUT I will say that his level of caring and truly wanting the patient to understand what's going on with their own health is clear.

Any time one has a Doctor's appt you feel stressed but Dr Ciliberti and his staff have always minimized it for me no matter the outcome.

It's very rarely that your provider comes in your examining room at the exact time of your appointment. I was so surprised for my appointment to be on time. Dr. Ciliberti Jr. Was punctual, friendly, knowledgeable about my case. He answered all my concerns.Front office personnel was friendly and Shannon made me feel at ease when she drew my blood.

Dr Ciliberti is hand down the most thorough physician I've ever encountered. He always takes whatever time is necessary to do a thorough checkup and listens to all of my concerns.Anytime I have a flare up ( which is rare now but use to be more common) I know I can easily reach him through my chart and he will get back with me quickly. If not him directly it's someone in his office which is fine with me, everyone there is so friendly and prompt.
