Biography/ Philosophy of Care
Aminata Gueye, DNP-FNP, APRN, is a nurse practitioner specializing in urgent care. She earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing and a doctorate in family nursing practice from the University of Louisville. She started her career at Norton Healthcare as a patient care associate while in nursing school. Her nursing experience also includes neurological intensive care and endoscopy.
Aminata always knew that she wanted to be in the medical field because of her passion for caring for others. Her goal is to provide excellent patient-centered care using evidence-based practice.
