Amber R Hilburn, APRN

Amber R. Hilburn, APRN, is a nurse practitioner with Norton Gastroenterology Consultants of Louisville. She graduated from Chamberlain University College of Nursing with a Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner (MSN-FNP) degree. She is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She also holds a nationally certified gastroenterology registered nurse (CGRN) specialty certification.

Amber specializes in caring for illnesses and conditions specific to the gastrointestinal (GI) tract. Her goal of care is to provide patients with an improved quality of life by managing both acute and chronic GI conditions by all available means.

Amber’s care philosophy is that patients should always be treated on an individualized basis, with dignity and respect. She believes in treating every patient the way she would want her own family to be treated. Amber works to ensure every patient feels seen and heard, and that they are treated with unbiased compassion, with only their best interests in mind.

In her down time, Amber enjoys leisure reading, traveling, home improvement projects, spending time with family and playing volleyball.
