About Amber N Wilson
Biography/ Philosophy of Care
Amber Fortuna, PA-C, is a physician assistant with Norton Hospitalists. She provides care for patients who need overnight or extended care. Amber earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, Tennessee. She earned her master’s degree in physician assistant studies at Sullivan University in Louisville.
Amber’s philosophy of care is to always put her patient’s well-being first and show empathy to her patients and their families. Her goal is to have her patients feel heard and cared for. She does this by explaining every step of the patient stay in terms patients can understand and helping them follow through with their treatment plans.
She is originally from Knoxville, Tennessee. In her spare time, Amber enjoys antique and thrift shopping, painting, riding bikes, and spending quality time with friends and family.
