Provider was open and honest due to having such a rare diagnosis and her ability to care for me. I appreciate that she was able to be honest that I needed a md not np. She placed all appropriate referrals quickly and was able to help me out as much as she could do within her scope of her license. Loved her honesty and she is the sweetest np I've ever met.

I will always do a survey for Norton's. I have NEVER had a bad experience here. I cannot express how good the level of care is everytime me or my daughter comes here. Dr.Pendragon and Madison were incredible and my annual check-up was pleasant as always. Nikki (phlebotomist) was wonderful as well and made my blood draw a great experience.

She is wonderful and so caring.

She listened and explained everything in detail so I could understand and spoke directly to me so I could read her lips since I have a rare problem hearing and brain translating as fast as people talk. If a doctor talks to fast I won't hear anything they say and some frequencies I can't hear . Most doctors don't understand this .

This was a semi annual visit I did have a recent injury that needed attention and Amanda knew immediately how toDetermine the proper way to proceed. She ordered the right tests and used the right judgement and I have Complete confidence In her abilities.
