This provider got me into their office as a new patient in one day. He listened and when determined that surgery was needed, he pulled up his schedule and went over dates that the surgery could occur. Once we agreed on the date, He had me remain in the exam room and the scheduler brought all documentation to me and explained everything that needed to occur before and after the Procedure. The post surgical follow up appointment is even already set. Much better than other medical facilities I have used in the past.

Dr Bose seems to want to work with me on my care. I am not willing to be lectured to, I know what I want for quality of life, and he seems to be understanding and willing to work with / for me in this goal.
