I've never had a Pap smear go so easily, she answered all of questions, addressed any concerns I had. She made me feel heard vs rushed. Terra Smith was amazing. The whole staff was friendly, from check in to labs. Easy process.

I really appreciated that Terra asked about history with sexual trauma and possible triggers. I have never been asked that in a women's health appointment. It really made me feel like she was genuinely advocating for me in every way. Trauma informed care is so important and having that be part of our conversation meant so much.
