Susan M. Hellervik, APRN, is a nurse practitioner with Norton Heart & Vascular Institute. She earned her master's degree in nursing from Vanderbilt University School of Nursing, Nashville, Tennessee. Susan specializes in cardiology, and her experience includes outpatient and inpatient care for cardiology and intensive care unit patients. Her goal when providing care is to help patients understand their health issues and treatment plans, which can lead to better outcomes. Outside of work, Susan enjoys spending time with family and her dog, reading and hiking.
