Richard Ayden Chapman, PA-C

Richard Chapman, PA-C, is a physician assistant specializing in neurosurgery with Norton Neuroscience Institute. He earned his degree in physician assistant studies from the University of the Cumberlands –Northern Kentucky Campus in Florence.

Richard provides comprehensive care for patients across all stages of the neurosurgical journey. His responsibilities include conducting neurologic assessments, assisting in complex brain and spine procedures, and managing postoperative recovery. He works closely with patients and their families to ensure they understand their diagnosis, treatment options and recovery plan.

Richard is passionate about offering clarity, compassion and continuity of care, helping patients navigate challenging diagnoses with confidence. His areas of focus include brain tumors and translational neurosurgery.

Outside of work, Richard enjoys staying active by playing volleyball and soccer and working out.
