He even researched a question we had and sent me a message after he discovered the issue. He is the only Dr. I have that sends an answer personally, everyone else has staff send messages.

The endocrinologist I saw before was great, but his office staff was not friendly or helpful. At times I felt rushed through my appointment. Norton Endocrinology and Dr. Chen and staff have been a wonderful change. I will definitely recommend to anyone seeking a new endocrinologist.
