Olivia C. Grass, APRN, is a nurse practitioner with Norton Community Medical Associates. She earned her master’s degree in nursing with a family nurse practitioner focus from Bellarmine University in Louisville. She is board certified as a family nurse practitioner.

Olivia provides comprehensive, patient-centered care for individuals and families at every stage of life. She focuses on prevention, early detection, and the management of acute and chronic conditions. Her philosophy of care is centered on building lasting relationships with patients through listening, education and shared decision-making. She strives to help patients maintain wellness, manage ongoing health conditions, and improve their overall quality of life.

Outside of work, Olivia enjoys spending time with her family, friends and boyfriend, Nick. She loves traveling, trying new restaurants, and experiencing new things. She also enjoys staying active through the gym, volleyball, and long walks, as well as thrifting and trying new cooking and baking recipes.
