Biography/ Philosophy of Care
Nicole M. DeLisi, APRN, is a family nurse practitioner with Norton Community Medical Associates. She earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Fairleigh Dickinson University, Teaneck, New Jersey, and her master’s degree in nursing from Spalding University in Louisville. She is board certified in family practice by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
Nicole provides full-spectrum, holistic care to patients of all ages, from newborns to the elderly. She is passionate about caring for entire families, and she focuses on treating the whole person, addressing not just physical health but also mental and spiritual well-being. Nicole works hard to build trust and rapport with her patients, focusing on wellness and disease prevention to help them live long, healthy lives.
In her free time, Nicole enjoys fitness and athletics, including CrossFit and running. She loves cooking and eating delicious food, inspired by her Italian heritage. She also enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, going to the beach and waterskiing. A music lover, Nicole plays piano and sings and hopes to learn guitar in the future. She cherishes spending time with her family and friends.

Dr.Nikki is a very special kind of person who really seems to care about Her patients,She actually took the time to call Me and talk to Me because I hadn't been to see Her in several months and told Me with My condition of having diabetes I really should come in as soon as possible to have My A1C checked and what could happen to Me if I didn't get My blood sugar under control. Examples Loss of sight loss of limbs etc

Both my provider and the nurse/assistant I saw were friendly and capable and put me at ease. It seemed my provider was very willing to listen to me and offer options without pushing me in directions I didn't want to go.
