This was my first visit with Dr Usmani, nurses & staff. Reception, RN care at 1st exam prior to seeing Dr Usmani gave excellent information about next steps & what to expect. Care pre-epidural, during epidural, & post-epidural were outstanding --as were nurses &/or technicians during & after treatment

All the staff were wonderful and the dr was excellent - explained what he was going to do and also put me at ease during the procedure. One of the best healthcare experiences I have had this year.

Everyone on the staff that assisted me were amazing, very informative, and made me feel comfortable. The doctor talked me through it all the way.

Dr Usmani saw me to give me epidural in my neck. I don't see him until I've been prepped in the procedure room. But staff before seeing him were great in every way -- and ones I saw after also.

Staff were extremely professional, polite and kind ensuring I was comfortable and understood the procedure and what to expect afterwards.

They took me back Immediately after registration for my procedure when I reported 30 minutes before schedule and I finished by the time my procedure was scheduled to start!
