Being 61+ yrs old now, Dr. Petry is ONLY the 2ND doctor In my lifetime that I can say I absolutely LOVE. I honestly don't think I'd be here today if not for him. I owe EVERYTHING to him. His concern, compassion, and sincerity are beyond words. He NEVER rushes me through any questions or concerns, and goes beyond his best to provide the care he thinks best, even If with other Norton doctors that I need help from that he can't perform. Also, he NEVER brow beats me, so to speak, of my weaknesses, as he KNOWS me. I am so grateful that God put him in place to care of me! Every visit to Dr. Petry's office has been excellent, if not more so. Everyone there is lovely- the kind of lovely who, aside from genuinely asking how you're doing, is also efficiently well organized and prompt. Somehow they make the entire process quick and easy, beginning from the moment of arrival when you're greeted by their friendly smiles. Even the facility itself is well kept and in an easily accessible location. Additionally, I have always experienced Dr. Petry (and his staff) as not only professional and knowledgeable, but exceptionally kind and caring towards their patients. Visits never feel rushed, and treatments are provided with full attention given. Whether I'm talking to him or his NP, they listen to my concerns with openness, and work with me to find a healthy next step. Naturally they have created a safe, non-judgmental and welcoming environment- one that invites me to relax, because there I know I'm in good hands. My words can't recommend them enough, and I'm beyond grateful for the all medical help they've provided me over the years. Many thanks!

Petry is great

I think a lot of this provider and the team there. I would recommend him more if he was accepting patients but I know he's at capacity. He has always been great to listen and help if possible.

Dr. Petry and the staff are outstanding at Norton Medical Associates in Crestwood, Kentucky. Very happy to interact with them all.

As usual Dr Petry is amazing! I drive out of my way for him to be my PCP for this reason. He listens to my concerns, addresses them in a way for me to understand, spends time with me (I never feel rushed), and he always ask about my mental health as he knows I work in a ER. I couldn't be more satisfied with him as my doctor and the staff is always quick and I know my visits will be timely. And the phlebotomist are great!
