Melanie was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough. She explained everything and answered any questions my husband[..] and I had. We both had appointments. Any concerns we had were addressed and suggestions made. She did look at our past medical records/tests and was aware of any past diagnoses. She eased my concerns about EKG as well. Melanie also summarized visit on mychart very thoroughly. We highly recommend Melanie and will be seeing in a year. She also told us if we needed to see her any time before next appointment to call and ask to speak to nurse, and she would work us in.

NP was thorough and exhibited great attention and concern for my health.
