DR Mark Kestler is the best but Nortons office staff suck real bad want answer the phone then when you done get to talk to them they tell you your DR don't have nothing for 3 months, which is always a lie because the Doctor tells me a diffent story says he's got appointments everyday he works, need to get this women off there phones and answer the patients call.

Getting to know him like a concerned brother

Dr. Kessler is so wonderful that for the yr and a half that I was away, I refused to see a Dr. Until I got back and could see him! He's blunt yet compassionate, he's very attentive, he actually sits there with you not above you and talks to you not at you! It's extremely hard these day's to find a Dr that will talk in terms that you can understand and relate to. I really dread the day that I might have to see someone other than him.
