Mabel S Kyinn, MD

Mabel S. Kyinn, M.D., is a palliative medicine physician with Norton Palliative Care. Dr. Kyinn earned her medical degree from The George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences in Washington, D.C. She completed her family medicine residency at Kaiser Permanente Los Angeles Medical Center, California, and trained in hospice and palliative medicine at the University of California, Los Angeles.

Dr. Kyinn sees patients at Norton Women & Children’s Hospital. Her philosophy of care centers on enhancing the quality of life for patients who are facing serious, life-limiting illnesses and prioritizing compassionate communication, symptom management and personalized care plans to provide comfort and dignity during the final stages of life. This involves addressing not only patients’ physical symptoms, but also their emotional, social and spiritual needs, ensuring holistic support for them and their families.
