Lisa Popson, P.T., DPT, NCS

Lisa Popson, P.T., DPT, NCS, is a physical therapist with Cressman Neurological Rehabilitation and Norton Brownsboro Hospital. Lisa is certified by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties as a neurologic clinical specialist. Lisa has a bachelor’s degree in health science and a doctorate in physical therapy, both from Bellarmine University, Louisville. She splits her time between outpatient rehabilitation at Cressman Neurological Rehabilitation and inpatient rehabilitation services at Norton Brownsboro Hospital. In addition to working full-time at Norton Healthcare, Lisa is also an adjunct faculty member for Bellarmine University’s doctor of physical therapy program, where she assists with service learning opportunities, neurological rehabilitation labs, acute care coursework, and student mentoring. Lisa is currently a mentor for the Norton Healthcare and Bellarmine University neurological physical therapy residency program. She participates in a number of community programs including the local Huntington’s Disease Society of America chapter, coordinating an exercise group for individuals with Huntington’s disease at a nursing facility in Hanover, Indiana. She sees patients with a variety of neurologic diagnoses including Parkinson’s disease, brain tumor, stroke and vestibular disorders.
