This might sound dramatized, but having Leah Welch as my PCP has truly changed my life. I left in tears after my first visit because someone had finally listened to my concerns, understood the science and could it explain it to me for my conditions and treatment, and made me feel safe and cared for. She is so encouraging while maintaining honesty and transparency. I drive around 40 minutes to see her from my home in KY and it is absolutely worth it. I could go on and on but wow, we are lucky to have someone like her in the Norton primary care family. I am so thankful!!

Leah is a GOD send she gives the ultimate patient care. I don't know where my health would be if she was not taking care of me

Leah Welch always makes me feel heard and understood. She puts the patient first and is a wealth of knowledge. I really trust her advice and trust she is going to find answers, when others might be dismissive. She ordered extensive lab work to find answers for my unexplained chronic pain that has not resolved by lifestyle change. Instead of just prescribing a medication to act as a band aid, she digs to find the root of the problem, and I'm so grateful to have her as my PCP! I drive 30 minutes to see her because she's worth it and recommend her to all my friends!!
