Lauren showed an incredible display of patience, being super quick on the uptake and deep listening as opposed to passive or selective it seemed. All of this made a pretty remarkable impression for me given a majority of my own prior healthcare experiences generally skewing being met with a certain level of the classic "i'm a doctor and you don't know anything" sort of ego preserving attitude. Lauren wasn't hesitant to look things up in real time without making me feel like I was waisting her time and really seemed to have a genuine curiosity about all of the health related topics and questions we covered.
