Dr. Holthouser addressed my concerns with empathy and professionalism. During this visit she spent time explaining my issues and gave great medical advice. She never makes me feel as if she needs to cut the appointment short and move on to the next patient.

There was a long wait at this most recent appointment but I would like to mention I am usually seen in a timely manner by this provider and I don't think this is a recurring issue
