Dr Perez is the best physician I have ever seen. She is kind and makes me feel heard. APRN Perez is one of the most kind and receptive primary care managers I've had. I was nervous to move here and get a new PCM, but I'm glad I waited for an appointment with her. She is quick, efficient, but never makes you feel rushed. I have felt rushed by doctors all my life, but not here. She also ran blood tests for me which my other primary care managers hadn't done in a while. She then quickly sent a message going through my results with me in a very understandable way. Also, the staff is all so kind here. I will be staying at Norton's.
