I saw Jessica Holder for my visit and she was AMAZING! She is such a great and supportive listener, she took my symptoms seriously. Jessica didn't rush me and made sure that all of my questions/concerns were addressed appropriately. I had questions about wanting labs ordered and she ordered them right on the spot. She also made sure to explain what each test would tell us and about how long it would take to get results back. I felt very heard and supported which has been rare for me in healthcare. She makes it much more comfortable for me to be seen as a patient!
