I cannot say enough good things about Dr Crowell and his staff. There was an ice storm that made my 1 hour drive take 3.5 hours. Even though I gave myself 2 hrs drive time, I was still very late. The first receptionist said it was impossible to work me in and the next available appointment would be September (8 months). I went to my car and called my daughter who urged me to talk to someone in Dr Crowell's office. I called and this receptionist listened to my situation and actually talked to the staff in the office. From what I understand, Dr Crowell was personally asked if I could be fit in. The ladies in that office are so caring and kind. Dr Crowell saw me right away and spent a long time with me, explaining things and answering my questions. I am looking forward to continuing with this office for my care. I also want to clarify about the question regarding my health records not being present. This was the fault of the Veteran's Administration.

Dr Crowell is fantastic. Takes his time and explains everything in detail. I've never had to wait. As soon as I check in they call me back. Annette, his assistant, was also great. Very detailed and friendly.

This clinic is always clean and organized. The staff and Dr. Crowell are always kind and compassionate as well as efficient. I never wait longer than 10 minutes after arriving to be called to the exam room, then never more than 5 minutes to see Dr. Crowell.

Provider effected a biopsy test and repeatedly asked how I was doing throughout procedure. Genial banter also helped put me at ease.

Dr. Crowell is amazing! Whenever I have a question or concern and I texted him through my chart I hear back from him on the same day. He's a very kind, gentle man.

He is very caring and informed in his field, however I cannot say the same about some other staff and medical at Norton during my experience in the last several years. Exceptions are Deanna Valdivia, APRN and Jing Bryant, MD- both are excellent, in my opinion.

I love Dr. Crowell and he is a model for how a professional provider should look, act, feel, and advocate for the patients in their care.
