My provider was very concerning with my health and helped me to understand better about it. This was follow up appointment after being seen in the Emergency Room for high blood pressure on 09/27/2025. She also provided me with some paperwork that can help me with lower sodium intake, I found this to be helpful. So now I'm on my way to try to take better care of my heart and lose weight. I appreciate the visit I had with the provider.
