Generously spent extra time with me during latest visit due to new symptoms.

Dr Rogers is excellent. She listens. She ensures that she understands the issue and takes action. She is friendly, reassuring, professional and very efficient!

Nice staff and X-ray staff

In the last 20 years I've had 4 rheumatologists and Dr. Roger's is by far my favorite. It's clear to me that she's a very caring person in general and as a doctor I find her sympathetic, thorough and really kind. She's got time for my questions and ensures I understand her answers, as well as the entirety of the visit. Along with my PCP, I feel like Dr. Rogers oversees my overall health due to the nature of my immune system, which Is very comforting. I'd also like to mention Cat, who I believe is Dr. Rogers's Medical assistant. Not only does she have a fantastic personality, she's the only person to EVER get blood out of me the first try, every single time. At other offices or when I'm in the hospital, they typically cycle through many nurses just to get blood. This is no one's fault as my veins are terrible. Yet Cat seems to find them first try. She has also come to the adjacent office where the ARPN practices to get my labs. Above and beyond!

A cancelation allowed me to get in to see my doctor and I was so grateful because I have a very serious medical issue that needed immediate attention.

Nurse Kat was excellent and made me feel at ease, she was also excellent at blood draw/venipucture. Ladies at reception were also wonderful and showed compassion and care. Dr Rodger's was so thorough and helpful she truly cared about my well being. They should all get a pay increase or bonus - wonderful people!

So friendly giving outstanding service

The entire staff was very caring and made me as comfortable as possible. I was having trouble walking that Day and the receptionist immediately provided a wheelchair for me. Everyone in the office was very kind and attended to my needs.
