Elise Puffer, NP is excellent, wonderful demeanor with patients and very thorough.

Elise is very good, I followed her from Louisville office!

I drive from Louisville and it is a solid 30 minutes from home and office to this location. This practice was friendly, clean, organized, and ran efficiently. APRN was also great. She explained things well and reviewed results, submitted orders to Walgreens and reached out via myChart in a very reasonable timeframe.

I love Elise. Feel very fortunate to have her as pcp. She genuinely cares.

Elise Puffer is the only great Norton health care provider that I have encountered in the past year. If not for her I would consider changing to another group/Norton has many bad practices but she is the reason I continue with Nortons.

Dr. Puffer moved to this new location from her original office, my partner and I followed her to her new location. She's an exceptional doctor We're so lucky to have her and will follow her to wherever she goes. That's how good she is. She's always nice and caring. She takes her time and listens to everything going on with our health.
