I wish there was a box for "excellent" for all of these questions instead of just "very good." Donna Head is the best in the field and I have recommended her to my family and friends because I trust her to care for them the way she has cared for me.

I wish everyone could have a provider office as good as this one. They care for the whole patient. Appointments for various diagnostic tests were made before I even got out the door. Everyone is so friendly and obviously enjoy their job.

I love this office and the staff. Donna takes good care of me, listens to my concerns and encourages me to better myself. Angela was a joy to meet today, very friendly and happy. Ellen as always knocks it outta the park getting my blood! Never a fan of getting poked but she takes great care of me each time. I recommend this office to everyone. Best office in Norton!

I can not say enough good things about Dr.Donna. She makes me feel safe,heard & even.. Dare I say loved! She is my first adult primary care physician & I am so extremely blessed I found her. Donna is the most caring practitioner I have been to (and I am 65!). When Donna enters the room, she exudes warmth, empathy, and knowledge. She is very upfront & not afraid to speak the truth, but she does it in a way that isn't offensive! She helped me through a very dark time & I am so grateful to have found her!

Donna is an excellent practitioner. Before she walks in room, she knows why you are there, asks if there are additional circumstances since my last visit. She does not hesitate to spend time trying to figure out what is going on. And though I may not like what she expresses/expects me to do to help my situation, she is the most caring healthcare I have had in all my 65 years. She doesn't give up. She truly cares about her patients & she speaks from the heart. She wants her patients to get better. I fully trust her with my health and want Administration to recognize what an asset she is to Norton. I am so thankful for her honesty to help me get better. She truly cares about her patients & I hope that Norton realizes what an asset she is to the organization/community.

Donna is probably the best PCP I have had. She is courteous, knowledgeable, and seems to care about my concerns. She remembers things we talked about from previous visits and provides individualized care every time I see her. I would recommend her without hesitation to anyone seeking a PCP.

Nurse assistant was great. Donna Head is easy to talk to and she comes up with ides to help resolve issues.
