He discussed treatment options and clearly understood my concerns and we agreed together on a treatment plan that would be most beneficial to me at this time. I thought my apt was 2:15pm, when I arrived they explained it was actually10:15am.They asked Dr. Hasselbacher if he would see me. Answer was yes because of a cancellation, he would be able to see me. I only had to wait 10 minutes. Everyone was very helpful and professional. When I got home I looked at my schedule and because I was sick I had to reschedule my original 2:15pm appt and Ihadn't changed the time.
