Dr. Keen was excellent and his experience is appreciated. He is the first doctor I have met with who genuinely seemed to care about my neck/head pain. He spent time with me providing explanations and gave me hope that just maybe I won't always live with this pain. Prior to meeting with him, I had given up hope of feeling better especially with past failed injections, acupuncture, physical therapy etc. The next step is a nerve block on my occipital nerves which may be causing these headaches and contributing to my neck pain.

He was efficient in explaining in detail about the possible causes of my pain.
