I love my doctor!

This was my first visit with Dr. Troung. I was very pleased with her. I would definitely recommend her to others.

Out of all the Norton facilities this is the only office that I would recommend to people because Dr Christopher Smalley and Dr Cindy Truong is the only 2 doctors that I can trust from Norton's because they really listen to their patients

Dr. Cindy is a great Dr. Based on the Doctors I had in the past I am blessed to have her as my primary Doctor.

Dr Truong is always very kind, friendly, and professional. She asks questions to ensure that my Dad is taken care of and his needs met. She's definitely cares about her patients! The whole staff In this practice are always so nice and accommodating. Wait time is always very minimal.

My Dr. Always remembers what is going on with my conditions and right when she enters the room logins into the computer and requests to record my visits (which does not bother me) she quickly allows me to cover my meds and recent activities since our last visit. I mention this because she is methodical in her approach, which is how I am and this helps me remember the topics I want to cover. She makes me feel welcome to be with her and this is comforting which helps me tell her everything about my health which is the most important for a patient

I wasn't able to get an appointment to see Dr. Scharff due to his schedule. However, I was offered an appointment with Dr. Truong whose schedule permitted my short notice visit.This was my 1st time being seen by Dr. Truong and I found her to be very personable, professional and thorough when discussing my ear issue. Dr. Truong was very attentive while I was explaining the sudden onset of my ear issue and explained in detail her diagnosis following her examination as well as detailed information regarding her Intended treatment plan. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this office visit with Dr. Truong along with the care she provided.
