The nurses and Doctor were so kind, caring, and compassionate. They walked me through all the details of my appointment, listened patiently when I spoke, and answered my questions thoughtfully. They were also so kind, patient and empathetic when I had a vulnerable emotional reaction. They were supportive and validating of what I was experiencing while offering time to move through the emotions in the safe privacy of the room. They spoke with me kindly to help me regulate and asked if I needed anything through the process. I can never say enough how wonderful this institution and all the care workers here are.
