Dr Duncan was open to hearing new info from a specialist seen separately and listened carefully then offered his support and confirmation. I felt relieved because I have been experiencing issues for some time. This was my annual visit and I look forward to spending extra time to thoroughly explore my health concerns. His assistant, Steverecia (?), the phlebotomist (Jamiee) and front desk staff who checked me in were all outstanding.

Dr Duncan has been my physician for many years. He always answers all of my questions and concerns. How many doctors will pray for and with you. He always makes sure to inquire about my support system.

Dr. Duncan provides excellent care and listens well. The best general practitioner I've ever had.

Dr. Duncan is one of the best providers I have ever had. He listens better than a therapist and shares his wealth of knowledge in a way that is accommodating and understandable from any perspective. In addition, the way he treats and interacts with his staff is notable. You can tell his staff enjoy working with him and vis versa. For me, this dynamic is the most telling about an individual's character, which matters to me (aka how people treat those under them). I appreciate Dr. Duncan always making me feel welcome and safe to share anything and everything. I also appreciate his willingness to help however he can - it really is above and beyond and SO GENUINE. Dr. Duncan is the epitome of what a primary care provider should be. If there's some award given to family practitioners at Norton annually - he should win it and this is my vote.

I would never leave him. I have been seeing him for 20 years. I love it everyone really show they care. The nurse made sure she learned my last name which is hard.

I absolutely love Dr Duncan. I used to recommend him to everyone, but he is so popular that I have to wait for an appointment or preschedule an appointment for a few months in the future. But he is well worth the wait.

Dr. Duncan is one of best doctors I have ever seen! The only reason that I have stopped recommending Dr Duncan to EVERYONE I know, is that it has caused the wait times for appointments to be extended to 3 months. So I only tell people that I really love about him. I also appreciate that he is a Christian and a person of good character.
