Alicia D Mincher, APRN

Alicia D. Mincher, APRN, FNP-BC, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with Norton Community Medical Associates. She earned her Master of Science – Family Nurse Practitioner degree from the University of Cincinnati, and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Mount St. Joseph University in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Alicia philosophy of care focuses on helping patients through medicine and education. She values caring for patients across all stages of life, from birth through older adulthood, and believes that listening and clear communication are key to healing. While she practices conventional medicine, she also is mindful of the roles played by nutrition, metabolic health and natural medicine.

In her free time, Alicia enjoys managing her small family farm in southeastern Indiana, where she grows flowers, gardens and makes home-cooked meals. She also brings personal experience with chronic disease management while supporting a family member with Type 1 diabetes.
