Was obvious that Jennifer had reviewed my chart and knew what was going on with me. We discussed a cardiology consult I had a month prior and medication issues. Good listener and clearly shows that medical/medication issues are joint decisions between her and I. Very encouraging regarding my control of chronic issues of hypertension and cholesterol/triglycerides.Thought it was very positive that she was accompanied by a Bellarmine nursing student at my visit. Teaching/mentoring is an important role our medical professionals should accept. Good job Jennifer!

Provider was kind and listened to what I had to say. She was efficient but did not make me feel rushed.
