Dr. Michael L. Salamon, M.D., is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon practicing at Ellis & Badenhausen Orthopaedics. Dr. Salamon has over 17 years of experience specializing in foot and ankle reconstruction, sports medicine, joint preservation, and trauma care. He joined Ellis & Badenhausen in 2008 and is a clinical professor at the University of Louisville, where he earned Teacher of the Year honors. Dr. Salamon has served as team physician for University of Louisville Men’s Soccer and holds positions on the University of Louisville Jewish Hospital Healthcare Services Board.
