I have seen Dr Hazel before, I like him, he explains things and listens. Plus when he gives you an injection you don't feel it. He is very good at what he does.

Dr. Hazel is phenomenal! His pre-op discussions and explanations were thorough and concise. His post-op 6 1/2 wk visit identified some issues, but he explained the best corrective actions and was able to schedule that procedure in 2 days.Highly recommend!

Xray taken in the office during my visit. Dr Hazel put them up on the screen so that I could see it as we discussed the results, so there was no need to order X-ray. He was great.
