Dr Kapp is very professional, extremely knowledgeable about every issue, yet not condescending or rude. He shows compassion and genuine concern. He acts decisively in recommending tests and actually called me with the results and instructions on next steps.

Dr. Kapp listened and answered all my questions. The whole process went smoothly. The lab techs got to me quickly and a new appointment for annual physical was made easily.
