Kim Mitchell, APRN was so outstanding. Her knowledge base was exceptional. Her ability to ask the right questions to assist me with providing my medical information showed how experienced she is in her history taking. She was very thorough. I had underestimated the strength of the Norton Family Care team. You certainly have a great associate in Kim Mitchell.

My provider spent an hour with me talking through my chart carefully and getting to know me . I will say this was a first for me having a provider take that much time with me !

This was my first visit with Kim Mitchell. It was an answered prayer. Was looking for a new PCP that could get me on the track to better health . I feel confident after the visit that we are on the right track. I appreciate her knowledge , expertise,preparation for visit ( reading my history),down to earth demeanor and her plan to help me reach optimal health.
