Felt like they were upset that I chose not to have an iud and tried to say I was misinformed

I was nervous going into the appointment due to a bad experience at another facility. Dr. Hertz listened to every word I said, explained what was documented and helped me understand why things may have gone the way they did which helped me feel more comfortable with her as well. We discussed the options together and rather than telling me what to do we came up with a plan together. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better appointment or doctor to work with. I left happy and more confident!

Dr.Hertz is great. She shows her complete attention every visit, she always ask more than once about any questions or concerns I have and addresses each one and always eases my anxiety. You do not feel rushed

I only trust dr hertz and Haley with my care and would recommend them both

I love dr hertz. She's always done right by me. I wish they would've mentioned the level of pain the procedure I was getting might produce... But I'm still 100% happy with my treatment
