Dr. Stumbo is so kind, patient, and very thorough. Her notes have zero errors since she uses Dax copilot and even before that they rarely had errors d/t her efficiency with documenting during visits. She listened to and addressed all my concerns.

Dr. Jessica Stumbo provided me with exceptional care during a very uncomfortable issue I was dealing with. I was so impressed with the treatment I received from her! Not only was she responsive to my concerns via MyCart when my usual provider was on vacation, she set up an appointment for me to meet with her in your La Grange office. She cared so much about my care, that she contacted me over the weekend (!!!) as well as on Monday, a day that she was off (!!!). I can't even begin to tell you just how much that meant to me! This type of interaction seems often to be a thing of the past. But with Dr. Stumbo, she went above and beyond and not only told me she cared about what was ailing me but she showed me that she cared! How refreshing and appreciated! I couldn't wait to get this survey as it is very important to me that she be recognized and awarded for her outstanding care and follow-up! I had not been feeling well for over a week and in one visit, she helped me out so much and I will remain eternally thankful that I was able to be her patient during my condition.
